This is very good question, and sooner or later it’s bound to happen at least once to all of us.  Even the best of the best of the best, mess up as we’re all human. However, it’s what they do when a situation arises where either they or you are at fault. Don’t leave the store silently suffering inside like many people do. You need to tell them.
